Delete my account and data

This page is for users of the Learnyaa Quick Bytes app by Vignesh Moorthy. You can delete your account and data in two ways.

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

1. Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
2. In the Account section, tap Delete my account and data.
3. Confirm. The deletion happens right away.

This option is shown when you are signed in with Google.

Option 2: by email

Use this if you no longer have the app, or if you used the app without signing in.

1. Send an email to learnyaa@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Learnyaa account and data".
2. Send it from the Gmail address you used to sign in to the app, so we can find your account.
3. If you never signed in, tell us that in the email and we will guide you.

We delete the data within 7 working days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your Google name and email address, and the link to your Google account.
• Your progress backup.
• Your activity in the app, such as bytes opened and answers.
• Your exam choice and app ID record.
• Reports and messages you sent us.

What is kept

Nothing that identifies you is kept on our live systems after deletion. If you joined as an early tester on this website, mention it in your email and we will remove that address too.
